Privacy & Security

The enquiry form asks for your name and mobile number, and optionally your email and a message. We store those together with the property you enquired about, so the person who calls you back knows which listing you meant.

That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to other brokers or builders — only the Sansun Realtech team and, where the listing was posted by an owner, that owner.

We keep your name, email, mobile number and — if you choose to add them — your city and whether you are a buyer, owner, broker or builder.

Your password is stored as a one-way hash. Nobody at Sansun Realtech can read it, and we will never email it to you. A reset sends a code to your address instead.

Your shortlist and your recently viewed list are stored in this browser, on this device, and are never sent to us. We cannot see them, and they do not follow you to another phone.

That is also why those screens say “on this device”: clearing your browser data clears them, and we have no copy to restore.

When you tick the consent box at signup we write a consent record — what you agreed to, when, and the IP address it came from. The box is never pre-ticked; if you did not tick it, no account is created.

This is kept so that both sides can point at the same record later. It is not used for advertising.

A property owner's phone number is not printed in any page of this site and is not hidden in its source. It is released only after a genuine enquiry, to the person who made it.

The same rule applies to your details: nothing you type into an enquiry is rendered into a public page.

Tapping Call or WhatsApp opens your own phone or WhatsApp app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the conversation from that point.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

• Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Correct anything wrong — you can edit your own name, number and city under Profile.
• Ask us to delete your account and the enquiries attached to it.
• Withdraw a consent you gave earlier.

There is no self-service button for deletion yet, so these are handled by the team. Write to sansun.realtech@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will confirm what we have done.
